Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your TallerTeen account and the data associated with it at any time. You can do it inside the app, or request it here without installing anything.
Delete from inside the app
Open TallerTeen and go to Settings → Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm. It takes effect immediately.
Request deletion here
If you no longer have the app installed, submit the form below with the email address you used to sign in. We permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days, and email you once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, height and weight history
- Growth scores, habits, workouts and level progress
- Nutrition logs, AI coach chats and support messages
- Community posts, comments and referral codes
- Your login — all sessions are signed out
Choosing “only my data” on the form clears everything above except the login itself, so you can start fresh with the same account.
What we keep, and for how long
After deletion we retain only what we are legally required to keep — for example transaction and tax records tied to a purchase. These are held for the period required by law and are never used to rebuild your profile.
About your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it on iPhone in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
