How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions and choose TallerTeen. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
I paid but Premium isn't unlocked
Open TallerTeen, go to the paywall or Settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. Still locked? Send us a message above.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases made in the app are handled by Apple or Google. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request it from your Google Play order history.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account, or use our account deletion page.
