Privacy Policy

Viral App Development LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the TallerTeen application and website. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways, including:

• Personal Data: Name, email address, age, gender, and date of birth provided during onboarding.
• Health and Fitness Data: Current height, target height, exercise logs, daily activity, sleep duration, and nutrition preferences in order to provide personalized growth plans.
• Usage Data: Information on how you access and use the app, device information, IP address, and interaction with our features.
• Advertising Data: If you use the free version of the app, our advertising partner may collect device information, IP address, approximate location, and how you interact with ads (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
• Deliver individualized AI height coaching, exercise routines, and progress tracking.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our Services functionality.
• Process transactions and manage premium subscriptions.
• Communicate with you for customer service, updates, and marketing (where permitted).

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers (like analytics, hosting, or advertising services) who assist us in operating our app and website, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it is appropriate to comply with the law or protect our or others' rights.

4. Advertising

The free version of TallerTeen shows ads served by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads, and you can also remove ads for a limited time with Seeds earned in the app.

• Where ads appear: a small banner on some screens, and occasionally a full-screen ad when you return to the app. Video ads only play when you choose to watch one to earn a reward.
• What Google may collect: device information, IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction data, used to deliver ads, measure them, and prevent fraud. Your height, health, and fitness data are never shared with advertisers.
• No cross-app tracking: we do not ask for Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission, so your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is not shared with advertisers.
• Protections for younger users: ads are limited to content suitable for teens. When your profile shows you are under 13, ad requests are marked as directed to children, and under 16 they are marked as under the age of consent, which limits personalized advertising.
• Your choices: in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before ads are personalized, and you can change your choice at any time in the app's Settings.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for teenagers. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can manage certain data manually within the app's account settings or by contacting us directly.
